We are planning to impact over 1,000 women through targeted programs designed to support survivors of gender-based violence. Our initiatives focus on advocacy, healing, and empowerment, fostering a safe and inclusive community where women feel valued and heard. Founded in Kisumu, Kenya, Red Power Sisters Kenya began its journey with a vision to empower women. Understanding the challenges that women face, especially survivors of gender-based violence, RPSK has developed programs that provide resources and support. Meet the Passionate Individuals Behind RPSK

Mary Odongo
Founder & Executive Director
A passionate visionary leading RPSK’s mission to empower women and promote gender equality. She oversees strategy, mentorship programs, and advocacy campaigns that transform lives across Kenya.

Elizabeth Oluoch
Treasurer & Finance Lead
Responsible for financial planning, accountability, and transparency, the Treasurer ensures that all donations and resources are managed effectively to maximize RPSK’s impact.

Joyce Adhiambo
Secretary & Administration Lead
The backbone of RPSK’s operations and coordination, the Secretary manages records, schedules, and communications, ensuring smooth running of the organization’s programs and events.

Sylvia Oduor
Project Coordinator
Dedicated to planning and implementing RPSK’s grassroots initiatives, the Project Coordinator works closely with communities to ensure programs meet real needs and deliver sustainable results.

Community Engagement Officer
Passionate about community mobilization and advocacy, the Community Engagement Officer connects RPSK with local stakeholders, builds trust, and ensures beneficiaries’ voices are represented in every project.
